The online Database of State Incentives for Renewables & Efficiency, created by a joint venture of the US Department of Energy, North Carolina Solar Center, and IREC (Interstate Renewable Energy Council), does just that. Easier to navigate and much more comprehensive to green building than irs.gov, the DSIRE allows you to click on your state to simplify your search for the various rebates, grants, tax credits and incentives. An added bonus is not only a contact website for each line item, but a contact person that you can get in touch with to further your search for information.
